All of our artwork is guaranteed to be authentic. The only exception is an oil painting by Roberto Ferruzzi titled "Madonnina"
where no guarantee can be given. According to our research it is reasonable to believe that this is the original painting.
Estimated prices for the lots shown on the website are stated in US dollars and are estimates only. Those prices are not a
guarantee for their actual value.
Although great care has been taken to reproduce the images in a way they best resemble the original, please keep in mind that
the images have been scanned in most cases from photographs. They give the appearance only and may not be exactly as shown.
It is understood that the artwork is 100 to 400 years old. Some images show old age browning and have foxi as indicated in the
description. Some prints need cleaning and on occasions restoration.
Dimensions of lots are stated in inches and centimeters roughly to the nearest fraction of the painted surface.
The collection includes 19 Oil Paintings, 6 Watercolors, 85 Lithographs, 280 Etchings, 3 Woodcuts, 60 etched pages in book format, 16 Prints and
85 Drawings. Most of them are studies by Robert Zünd (49) and Josef Balmer (17).
Included in the sale is the website and software. This site can be used for a business or as an extension to an
existing business.
Buyer will bear the cost of shipping, insurance, import taxes or any other costs associated with the sale. The seller is
not liable for any damage or omissions during the shipping process. When the shipper takes possession of the goods, title
and risk of loss will pass to the Buyer.
Payment must be made in a manner acceptable to the seller and completed within 30 days of purchase or the seller is within
his right to void the sale in addition to other remedies available to the seller by law. This includes the right to hold the
buyer liable for the total purchase price plus any costs associated with the collection and an additional late charge of 2%
per month and any other legal fees and expenses applicable by law. Shipping will occur when payment is received only.
If the seller is prevented beyond his control from delivering the goods to the buyer, the seller's liability shall be
limited to refunding the amount received from the buyer.
